This tour covers all the most important St.-Petersburg. The tour is intensive and you must be ready to see a lot.
We have carefully chosen for you museums, churches, palaces and parks. During this tour you will learn about Russian history, art and culture; have a guided tour of the famous Hermitage Museum; visit the magnificent Peterhof fountain park and enjoy scenic cruise along rivers and canals.
Please notice: Each of the sites included in the tour description will be visited sometime during the day. Tour sequence may vary depending on overcrowding at venues, museums’ closing days and traffic conditions. The itinerary above is a sample only. If your ship is in port for less time, adjustments will be made. Timing will be adjusted depending on your ship’s departure time! You will never miss your ship touring with Us.
This tour also includes 2 lunches at the local restaurant at “Artis Travel” choice.
Please note the visit to the Hermitage does not include the collection of impressionists and post-impressionists which moved to the new General Staff building. You can request it additionally when booking a private tour. The extra fee of $20US/person will apply. The visit takes 1,5 hour including standing in line to get into this museum.

Day 1
9:00 passing passport control. Meeting with the guide and driver.
9:00 – 13:00 City tour + Tour of Peter and Paul’s Fortress (including Peter&Paul’s Cathedral) + Visit inside to the St.-Isaac’s Cathedral + time for souvenir shopping
13:00 – 14:00 time for lunch
14:30 – 16:30 Hermitage tour
17:00 – 18:00 canal boat ride
18:30 – 19:00 tour of the Church on Spilled blood ( special later opening)
19:30 back to the ship
Day 2
8:00 meet your driver
8:00 – 11:00 drive to Novgorod town (200 km away from St.-Petersburg)
11:00 meet your guide in Novgorod
11:00– 17:00
Tour of Kremlin and St. Sofia cathedral, monument to the
Millennium of Russia.
Tour of Yaroslav’s court with its ancient churches
Time for Lunch
Visit to St. George monastery (Yuriev monastery)
Tour of Vitoslavlitsy – museum of wooden architecture
17:00 -20. 00 Drive back to St.-Petersburg. Return to the ship.
Day 3
9:00 meet your guide and driver.
9:00 – 10:00 drive to the town of Pushkin
10:30 – 12:00 Tour of Catherine’s palace in Pushkin (including the visit to the Amber room).
12:00 – 13:00 time for lunch
13:00 – 14:00 drive to Peterhof
14:00 – 15:30 tour of Peterhof fountain Park and upper Gardens
15:30 – 16:30 drive back to St.- Petersburg
17:00 back to the ship.
