This tour covers all the most important St.-Petersburg. The tour is intensive and you must be ready to see a lot.
We have carefully chosen for you museums, churches, palaces and parks. During this tour you will learn about Russian history, art and culture; have a guided tour of the famous Hermitage Museum; visit the magnificent Peterhof fountain park and enjoy scenic cruise along rivers and canals.
Please notice: Each of the sites included in the tour description will be visited sometime during the day. Tour sequence may vary depending on overcrowding at venues, museums’ closing days and traffic conditions. The itinerary above is a sample only.
This tour also includes 2 lunches at the local restaurant at “ artis travel” choice.
Please note the visit to the Hermitage does not include the collection of impressionists and post-impressionists which moved to the new General Staff building. You can request it additionally when booking a private tour. The extra fee of $10US/person will apply. The visit takes 1,5 hour including standing in line to get into this museum.

9:00 meeting your guide and driver at the hotel lobby
9:00 – 13:00 City tour + + Tour of Peter and Paul’s Fortress (including Peter&Paul’s Cathedral)
13:00 – 14:00 lunch (included)
14:30 – 16:30 Hermitage tour
17:00 – 18:00 canal boat ride
19:00 – back to the hotel
Day 2
10:00 meet at the hotel lobby
10:00 – 11:00 drive to the town of Pushkin + subway tour on the way
11:00 – 13:00 Tour of Catherine’s palace in Pushkin (including the visit to the Amber room).

14:30 – 15:30 drive to Peterhof
15:30 – 17:00 tour of Peterhof fountain Park and upper Gardens
17:00 – 18:00 drive back to St.- Petersburg
