This tour covers all the most important St.-Petersburg sights and one of the oldest Russian Towns Novgorod. (located 180 km away from St.-Petersburg it’s a picturescue place with more postcard-perfect views than you can point a camera at. Novgorod’s main sight is it’s Kremlin museum, it is sad to be the oldest surviving kremlin in Russia dating back to 1044.
Exiting the Kremlin’s eastern gate takes you to an embankment on the Volkov River with spectacular views across to Yaroslav’s Courtyard on the other side, as well as a pedestrian bridge to take you there. For a glimpse of what Russia might have looked like centuries ago when all the houses were wooden, you’ll take a trip to Vitoslavlitsy Wooden architecture museum. )
The tour is intensive and you must be ready to see a lot.
We have carefully chosen for you museums, churches, palaces and parks. During this tour you will learn about Russian history, art and culture; have a guided tour of the famous Hermitage Museum; visit the magnificent Peterhof fountain park and enjoy scenic cruise along rivers and canals.

Day 2
8:00 meet your driver at the Hotel lobby
8:00 – 11:00 drive to Novgorod town (200 km away from St.-Petersburg)
11:00 meet your guide in Novgorod
